Kguard SHA 108.V2, Web Login

I just bought Kguard SHA 108.V2, everything seems fine, on local network it is working fine
port is open and ip has been fowarded correctly.
i have tried every possible option to login remotely, its doesnt accept my login detail.
i m using the same login detail what i am using at LAN.
Please please help me out, if there is any different login i should use or what. I have tried
different PC's as well. It just keep giving me the same msg of Login Failed after few Seconds.

Which ports have you forwarded?

i have forwarded webport 80
and verified it on canyouseeme.org

You also need to forward port 9000 (media) and 18004 (mobile).

I have opened the ports 9000 media & 18004 mobile now. But same error of Login Failed.

Username should be "admin" password should be "123456".

Thankyou very for your help, i manage to get the web access via IE. I would appreciate if you can help me with Std CMS software which i cant find on Kguard website. If you have any updated links where i can get Std CMS would be great. Lite CMS is not accessing the DVR remotely or localy.

I have never used this, so would be unable to provide it unfortunately.

Is there any reason why you wish to use this? The IE functionality tends to offer more in terms of features.

Some of the Windows7 32bit OS computers are not downloading active x-controls. Which is frustrating but luckily i find a solution with Kview Centre, it is functioning great.
